FitProxy LLC. ("FitProxy", "we", "us") deeply respects and is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy comprehensively discloses how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal data when you visit fitproxy.com, use our dashboard, API, and all related services. We comply with strict global frameworks including the EU GDPR, the US CCPA/CPRA, and Singapore's PDPA.
For this policy, FitProxy LLC. acts as the Data Controller for your registration details. When you route requests through our proxy network, you are the Data Controller of the scraped content, and we merely act as a technical Data Processor conduit. We do not inspect or claim responsibility for third-party data you scrape.
We collect data proactively when you register, and automatically via system logs, cookies, and web beacons when you use our API or navigate our site.
We process your data based on: (a) Contractual Necessity to deliver your proxy bandwidth; (b) Legitimate Interests for cybersecurity monitoring and DDoS prevention; (c) Legal Obligations for tax records or subpoenas; and (d) Explicit Consent for marketing communications.
To provision accounts, process payments, enforce our AUP against malicious scraping, send SLA updates, and provide technical troubleshooting.
Core Promise: FitProxy will NEVER sell, rent, or trade your personal data to brokers. We only share limited data with essential cloud infrastructure and payment providers under strict Data Processing Agreements (DPAs). We will disclose minimum connection logs to law enforcement only upon receiving a legally binding subpoena or court order.
As a global provider with a US HQ and an APAC node in Singapore, your data may be transferred cross-border. For EEA users, we rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure your data receives GDPR-equivalent protection globally.
Account data is kept while active and purged/anonymized within 30 days of closure. Billing records are kept for 7 years for tax laws. Proxy connection metadata logs are typically kept on a rolling 14-30 day basis for anti-abuse audits, then permanently destroyed.
We utilize enterprise-grade security including end-to-end TLS 1.2/1.3 encryption, database encryption at rest, strict Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and external penetration testing. No internet transmission is 100% secure, but we employ best-in-class defenses.
You have the right to Access (request a copy of your data), Rectify (correct errors), Erase (right to be forgotten, provided no outstanding bills exist), and Restrict processing. Submit requests via the dashboard or email. We process requests free of charge within 30 days.
FitProxy has not "sold" or "shared" any personal information to third parties for commercial gain in the past 12 months. We enforce a strict non-discrimination policy; exercising your CCPA rights will never result in denied service or price hikes.

Our B2B services are strictly for adults over 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors and will immediately delete such data if discovered.
